Your dolphin interaction includes:
* The use of wetsuit and pool shoes.
* A locker to store your belongings during the interaction.

* Children between 3 and 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old, an adult per child.
* Accompanying adults must also participate and pay for the experience.
* Pregnant people are able to participate up to 7 months into their pregnancy.
* People with any type of disability must notify us before booking the interaction to evaluate if our facilities comply with what is necessary so that your experience is the most nice and safe.
* When purchasing interactions through our website, entrance to the park is already included.
You must be present at the park 30 minutes before the start of the chosen session, with which We recommend being at the park at least 1 hour before.
* Canarian Residents: To benefit from this discount it will be necessary to show some document that prove your identity, age and residence in the Canary Islands.
* We have discounts for disabled people when paying the tickets in the park.
* It will be essential to present the ticket at the park entrance, it is NOT necessary to print it.
